Dave DelVecchio is Maxady's Chief Connector, helping organizations build stronger teams, smarter systems, and lasting success. A 30-year former technology executive at Innovative Business Systems, Suite3, and Sourcepass, Dave is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and is passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive and leaders have the tools to succeed. Dave combines operational expertise with a strengths-based approach to help organizations improve performance, navigate change, and build collaborative, high-performing teams.

Dave is a two time treasurer and past president of the Greater Easthampton Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Easthampton EDIC, and has volunteered with organizations such as Girls Inc. of the Valley, Cooley Dickinson Hospital, and the Hampshire Regional YMCA.
